Mt KK Trip: Prep Day (25 Oct)
Few more hours for much awaited adventure trip of this year. Eight Filipino mountaineers working in Singapore are attempting to scale Mount Kinabalu. A prominent mountain on the island of Borneo in Southeast Asia. It is located in the East Malaysian state of Sabah and is protected as Kinabalu National Park, a World Heritage Site.
Kinabalu is the highest peak in Borneo's Crocker Range and is the highest mountain in the Malay Archipelago. Mount Kinabalu is also the 20th most prominent mountain in the world by topographic prominence. The team consists of Rizalde Riz Calija, Honeybee, Michael, Amiel, Ryan, Moth, Nesty, and Allan. Most of the team members are hardcore climbers in the Philippines.

Packing time. |
They also scaled lots of mountains overseas. As this is the preparation day, all of us are really busy preparing our gears. My sister Honey joked that preparation day is tiresome "no more energy for the next day." Hahaha just a joke. We finished packing around 11:00 pm but we slept around 3:00 am. Maybe because we are so excited that is why we cannot sleep. Michael is still playing NBA, Honey is still watching American Idol, and me hahahah still looking and setting up the company's roster.
My gears consist of different types and brands and this is the best time to test the gears. I am sure these gears are worth the price. Now, let's do the packing. See you soon guys. Allez!!!
